Welcome to our Bespoke Art Gallery & Home Decor Store

I have been an Artist, Designer, Collector & investor for the last 30 years. I have lectured & taught about the very Masterworks I sell, knowing these Artists intimately, as well being a highly qualified Interior Designer. I Curate, oversee the production of every item & pour over every brushstroke of paint & print. Everything is of the highest Provenace, as well as Construction. This is my pleasure in life & I hope to share it with you.

See you inside. I hope to speak with all of you soon.
Rose Ozer, CEO of Giroty Gallery.

What we do

We are the only website in Sweden & the World, that brings two Master disciplines together: Art & Decor. It has seemed obvious to me, having spent a lifetime Studying, Lecturing about Art with qualifying as a Interior Designer, that these two are inextricably linked. Why just have a Gallery & just stop at that? Most of our Blue-Chip Clients are constantly involving their Spaces, while other's just planning to Birth a completely new Enviroment.

With my highly unique skillset & having travelled extensively in the East, lived & lectured in Tehran for many years, studied & trained in Rome, in both Art & Interior, I felt that I could offer something completely unique. So here it is, a life's work in the making.

Everyone has their own needs & ideas, so we offer all of our Art & Decor products separately. But I invite you to look at my Work, see the Power & Energy of everything working in Harmony & let me furnish your perfect space.

Our Art Collection

Originally I was a self-taught Artist & I was completely obsessed by the Visual World as a Child. I would look at obsess over Raisonne's of Turner, Renoir & was always completely fascinated by Pollack, then later developed by Richter. I use to make my Surreal pencil sketches of buildings & people, but nobody wanted them. I built a substantial Portfolio & in my young foolish arrogance applied to all the great Universities of Europe. To my surprise, I was reborn anew at the Rome University of Fine Arts (RUFA), culminating in a Bachelor's & Master's Degrees, while Freelancing at the local Boutique Galleries, curating works.

My knowledge of Modern Art is intimate & that's because I am an Artist myself. I know what it's like to pour my whole being into a single brush stroke & I know all of the flourishes of the great Modern painters. I instantly, in my minds eye, conjure up spaces of viscerity & colour. This, along with my Team of Experts that I have collected together like a Portfolio, allow me to purchase only the very best of Modern Paintings, Drawing & Prints.

Our Home Decor

I have designed over 50 interiors now, of which you can see examples of here. Every single one totally unique & only created after an intense period of literally knowing my Clients like my friends. I need to know what people's drives are & what makes them profoundly unique.

I've intensely seacrhed hundreds of suppliers, not just for their Designs, but for the quality of build. I want them to have exactly the same Ethos & Philosophy as I do. I've taken a whole range of Art, from many different periods & tried to match their forms to the Artists motivations.

In many cases, to get that exact essential piece right, have employed local & international Product Designers, to consult & with many other's I create completely unique statement piece to perfect a Rooms ambience.

Shop individually, or see my work, what I can do for you & hopefully we can conjure the room of your sublime Dreams.

November's Gallery Highlights

Figure 8, from Black Numeral Series: 1968: Jasper Johns

"The subject of Johns’s series, therefore, is the 10 base digits of the decimal system, derived centuries ago from humans’ 10 fingers. Johns’s series draws renewed attention to the fact that counting, something the mind already knows but overlooks, involves eye, mind, and body.

Johns’s basic instructions to himself, penned in a sketchbook—“Take an object. Do something to it. Do something else to it”— reveal the overarching serial logic of his creative approach. His exploration of numeric figures began in 1955 and grew in intensity until about 1970; it is the motif to which he has returned most often, exploring it in paintings, drawings, sculpture, and prints. Johns has taken advantage of the opportunity offered by printmaking to test multiple options, and pursue different avenues of exploration in his repetitive, measured transformation of the numerical subject. For example, the lithographic stones and plates that Johns used to print Color Numerals had been reworked from those used to produce Black Numerals, a series made the previous year at Gemini."

Burning Elegy: 1991: Robert Motherwell

Elegy to the Spanish Republic & Burning Elergy is part of a series comprising more than 140 paintings, which Motherwell worked on throughout his long career.

The series functioned as the artist's memorial to the Spanish Civil War, an event that had come to symbolize for him the human tragedies of oppression and injustice. This is typical in its stark black and white palette, and interplay of ovoid and bar-like rectilinear forms. What exactly those forms are intended to mean, though, has been the subject of great debate. Some compare them to architecture, or to ancient monuments, while others read them as phalluses and wombs, which, along with the pictures' somber palette, might suggest the cycle of life and death.

Sunshine Through The Clouds, 1985: Roy Lichtenstein

Roy Lichtenstein revisited the landscape motif numerous times throughout his career. His vast Lanscapes, Moonscapes & Seascapes comprise several individual series of prints.Sunshine Through the Clouds from 1985 belongs to the painterly Landscapes suite. The print mainly appropriates the formal attributes of landscape painting. However, it also imitates brushstrokes, thereby critiquing the idealised brushwork of the abstract expressionists.

In accordance with its title, Sunshine Through the Clouds depicts a reflective waterscape. The work relies on poignant details, as it presents a simple image charged with complex associations. The entire scene is composed of intersecting pastel-toned and primary coloured brushstrokes. The hand-painted sweeps interact energetically with the mechanical aspects of the artist’s own style. Consequently, the layout of the print becomes similarly abstracted

Pinnacle Warhol: An edition for every interior

Throughout his prolific career, Warhol looked back to the old masters for inspiration, and we see this once again in his Renaissance prints from 1984. Throughout his prolific career he was constantly looking back at the Old Masters – beginning with da Vinci’sMona Lisawhich he saw when it was exhibited in New York in 1963. Warhol would go on to appropriate the work in a screen print included in the present series, Details of Renaissance Paintings.

With his four variations on the Birth of Venus he takes the Roman goddess of love’s iconic face and treats it as if it were that of a movie star, cropping it from the original composition. He gave it the screen print colour treatment to render Botticelli’s model a contemporary icon once again, her timeless beauty highlighted by the complementary and contrasting tones in the series. The work is unmistakably Warhol’s, with its bold appropriation worn on its sleeve, in a way that marks him out as the true master of Pop Art; he was as comfortable with stealing from commercial packaging as he was from one of the greatest artists of the Italian Renaissance.
